Penta T-Pad WS1001Q 2-in-1 Windows 10 Device Launched at Rs. 10,999






Pantel Technologies has unveiled its new 2-in-1 device, the T-Pad WS1001Q, running Windows 10. Priced at Rs. 10,999, the Penta T-Pad WS1001Q is now available exclusively via e-commerce website ShopClues. The company as a promotional optional offer is bundling a 3G dongle which will come with free 3G data from Aircel for a period of six months.

At this print point, the Penta T-Pad WS1001Q 2-in-1 Windows 10 device will be up against Micromax's Canvas Laptab LT777 which was unveiled at Rs. 17,999 in October last year. Pantel is marketing its new T-Pad WS1001Q as a laptop on the e-commerce website.

Much like other 2-in-1 devices, the Penta T-Pad WS1001Q comes with detachable keyboard and features a 10.1-inch (1280x800 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.44GHz quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z8300 (Intel Core Z3735F) processor with a clock speed of up to 1.84GHz that's paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. The new 2-in-1 Penta T-Pad WS1001Q supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 256GB).

The Penta T-Pad WS1001Q runs Windows 10 and comes preloaded with Microsoft suite of apps including Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Skype among others.

The device sports a 5-megapixel rear camera while also includes a 2-megapixel front camera. The Penta T-Pad WS1001Q supports 3G. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and also houses a Mini HDMI port. The 2-in-1 convertible is backed by a 7000mAh battery which is rated to deliver a mixed usage time of 5 to 7 hours.

Acer Liquid M330 With 4.5-Inch Display, Windows 10 Mobile Launched

Acer introduced its Liquid M330 smartphone back in September last year during the IFA 2015 conference. The Windows 10 Mobile-based smartphone was launched with seven different handsets at the conference. Meizu launched its m3 note smartphone on Wednesday. The smartphone will go on sale in China from Monday, and registrations for the first sale have begun. The smartphone has been launched in two variants, with the 2GB of RAM/ 16GB of inbuilt storage version priced at CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,200), and the 3GB of RAM/ 32GB storage version priced at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,300). Running Flyme OS based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, the dual-SIM Meizu m3 note sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) LTPS display with a pixel density of 403ppi.
