Meizu launched its m3 note smartphone on Wednesday. The smartphone will go on sale in China from Monday, and registrations for the first sale have begun. The smartphone has been launched in two variants, with the 2GB of RAM/ 16GB of inbuilt storage version priced at CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,200), and the 3GB of RAM/ 32GB storage version priced at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,300). Running Flyme OS based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, the dual-SIM Meizu m3 note sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) LTPS display with a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 SoC (with 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz, and 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1GHz), coupled with either 2GB or 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. OnePlus One Gets Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow With Cyanogen OS 13 Update

Last week Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the OnePlus One smartphone was in its 'Final Testing Stage'. However, the Chinese tech firm has finally started seeding the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update to the handsets in the form of the latest build of its commercial OS - Cyanogen OS 13 (CM13S). OnePlus on its forum Friday announced that an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based Cyanogen OS 13 build 'ZNH0EAS26M' has started to roll out in stages to OnePlus One smartphones. The post said it will take time to reach all units, and asks users to be be patient. The Cyanogen OS 13 brings all the updates one can expect from Android Marshmallow operating system such as Doze, granular permissions, Google Now on Tap and more.
